This delicious Darjeeling tea comes from the Northern Himalayas in India. It is a black tea which tends to be a little more astringent that the Yunnan tea.

Does it contain caffeine? Yes. The tea plant (Camellia sinensis) naturally contains caffeine, although where it’s grown, the age of the tea leaves when picked, the length of brewing time, and the methods of fermentation or drying of the tea leaves will contribute to varying levels of caffeine.
